Lev Real Estate Group helps Jewish individuals and families who live outside Israel find, buy and manage property in Israel. We represent the buyer. Our job is to help you understand the market, weigh your options honestly and make a decision that fits your goals, your budget and your family’s plans.

Why we do this work

Buying a home in Israel is rarely just a transaction. For many of our clients it is about family, identity, a possible future Aliyah, or simply wanting a place of their own in Israel.

Buying from abroad also brings real challenges: distance, an unfamiliar legal system, a different language, and a market where developers and sellers have interests of their own. We built this group so that buyers abroad would have a professional team on the ground whose role is to look after them.

What makes our approach different

We work for the buyer. Our recommendations are based on what fits you, not on which project needs to be sold.

One coordinated team. You don’t need to find and manage a lawyer, an engineer, a mortgage advisor and a property manager on your own. You work with one team and one point of contact, and we coordinate the professionals for you.

Decisions based on checks, not impressions. Before you commit, the property is reviewed legally, technically and financially. We tell you plainly what we found, including the risks.

A process that works from anywhere. We meet in person, by Zoom or by phone. You receive documents, photos and written reports, and when needed we can act for you in Israel under a power of attorney.

The people behind the group

The group brings together licensed professionals in Israel, each working in their own field: real estate brokerage, real estate law and notarial services, real estate taxation, mortgage advisory, property appraisal, civil engineering, and interior design and renovation. Each professional is responsible for their own area, and we make sure the work between them is coordinated so nothing falls through the cracks.

Most clients begin with BEST FIT, our structured property-matching process. It starts with a detailed questionnaire and a personal consultation, continues with a market analysis, and ends with a shortlist of carefully selected opportunities. Each one is ranked and presented with its advantages, disadvantages and risks, so you can focus on the options most likely to meet your goals.

Who we work with

We work with buyers from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Australia and other countries. Some are looking for a family home, some for an investment or rental property, some for a vacation home, and some are planning a future move to Israel. Our team works in English, French [and Russian].

What you can expect from us

We will tell you when a deal doesn’t fit your goals, even if that means not buying it. Our fees are explained before any work begins. And we will not promise you future prices or returns: real estate carries risk, and our role is to help you understand it before you decide.
